About the Service

Amzeye is a dashboard for Amazon sellers to manage inventory, track orders, and analyze business performance using data from Amazon Seller Central.

Your Responsibilities

When using Amzeye, you agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Provide accurate registration information
• Follow Amazon's policies and terms
• Use the service for lawful purposes only

Amazon Authorization

• You authorize Amzeye to access your Amazon Seller Central data on your behalf
• You can revoke this authorization anytime through Amazon Seller Central
• We comply with all Amazon SP-API developer policies
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high uptime for the service
• We are not liable for downtime caused by Amazon SP-API availability
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Fees & Payment

Amzeye is free during early access. Paid plans will be announced with 30 days notice to existing users.

Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not responsible for Amazon policy violations or account suspensions
• You are responsible for your Amazon Seller Central account compliance
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time
• You can delete your account anytime through dashboard settings
• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
